Elaboration:
From our very own vineyard located in the Secastilla Valley. Harvesting
in crates and selection table. Grape picking from the bunch at the
mouth of the vat. Cold pre-fermentation and steeping, daily "bazuqueos",
"délestages". Second cask fermentation for a total
of 8 months.
Unfiltered wine that retains all its particular features.
Observations:
Wine to enjoy. Need to decant. Modern, complex and elegant. Lingering
touch of fruit, spices and minerals.
